End of Tenancy Cleaning

The standard end of tenancy cleaning service does not include cleaning of walls, ceilings, curtains, balconies, patios, exterior windows and carpets, washing up or laundry. The property must be vacated. These services can be provided but at an extra cost.

We don’t clean on top or inside glass ceilings and roofs.

Please, defrost your freezer on previous day .If the freezer is not defrost it wouldn't be cleaned properly.

Please note that if the condition of the property is very bad we may put an extra cost of £20.

We are not moving more than 20 pieces in cupboards!

It is the client's responsibility to arrange access to their property. If on the day of the cleaning the property is inaccessible, or there is any obstruction for the cleaner to provide the service, full payment is due from the customer.

If there is no free or paid parking at your address you will need to provide Brothers Home Improvement Ltd with a Temporary/Visitor’s Parking Permit for our supervisor’s vehicle.

Clients have the opportunity to contact us if they have concerns with the quality of the cleaning service and ask for a re-clean. Please, contact us within 24 hours of completion if you are not fully satisfied. All complains will be considered and our cleaners will return to the property free of charge if complaint is justified.

No refund claims will be entertained once the cleaning service has been carried out.

Please note that for carpet and upholstery cleaning we cannot guarantee that all stains can be removed.

In the event of damage or breakage you must inform us as soon as possible but no later than 24 hours from the cleaners' visit. We would request that a proof is presented that our cleaner is responsible for the damage.

Please note that we have £10 charge if cleaners have to pick up keys from a different address.

Cleaning materials and equipment are provided by The Company.

Extra rooms or bathroom within a property are charged at £20 per room/bathroom. Extra toilet £10 charge!

CANCELLATION: The client can cancel or reschedule any booking by giving us at least 48 hours’ notice in writing. Failure to provide this in writing will result in a 50% of the fee charged from the quoted booking. Brothers Home Improvement Ltd reserve the right to cancel the booking of any job if the property is deemed unsafe or hazardous in any way to the health and wellbeing or our team. This will not result in a refund. We have the right to cancel or reschedule our services in cases where an accident, incident or issue arises within the assigned cleaning team.

Carpet Cleaning

Brothers Home Improvement Ltd will not be responsible for failing to remove old permanent stains that cannot be removed using normal carpet cleaning methods. Existing damage will be reported prior to commencing work.

Regular Domestic Cleaning

Brothers Home Improvement Ltd charge for regular domestic cleaning is £12 per hour.

We require minimum of 3 hours per visit weekly.

Ironing is not included in our minimum time requirement.

It is client responsibility to provide task list, cleaning products and equipment for the work required.

Brothers Home Improvement Ltd will arrange trial clean for you to decide would you like to proceed with that cleaner.

Once you have been assigned a cleaner, the same cleaner will visit your property every time. We'll replace your regular domestic cleaner only in case of sickness, holidays or end of the cleaner's contract.
